Measurements tips
- Toke your measurements when you first get up In the morning
- Measurements must be taken while standing
- Measure firmly but gently direct to the skin

2) Calf (cC):
measure the circumference at the widest part of the calf
3) Length (๐D):
measure from the heel on the ground to below the kneecap
